This is the official website of The Falls Owners’ Association - a 55+ active adult community with 203 homesites. Our neighborhood is located at Eagle Crest Resort near Redmond in central Oregon. The 1,700-acre resort offers many amenities including miles of paved trails, three sports centers and three golf courses, all set in a high desert environment. The climate averages over 300 days of sunshine and less than 9 inches of rain each year. There is never a lack of things to do in central Oregon.
